Welcome to MyNum (the "Service").

The Service provides analytical-interpretive digital content based on numerological calculations and artificial intelligence algorithms.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

MyNum is a product and brand of XPROFIT OÜ.

💡2. Nature of Services

The Service provides:

individual digital numerological analyses,
automatic AI-generated interpretations,
analytical content for self-knowledge.

The Service is NOT:

medical consultation,
psychological consultation,
legal or financial advice,
a future prediction service.

Important: The material is interpretive in nature and does not guarantee specific results.

📝3. Ordering Process

User provides:

date of birth,
name,
email,
(optionally) question for analysis.

After payment:

digital analysis is automatically generated by AI system,
sent to email,
saved in "My Orders" section.

💳4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe payment provider.

All prices are in euros (€) including VAT where applicable.

User must provide correct payment information.

4.1. Subscriptions (recurring billing)

Some MyNum services (e.g. MyNum Daily) are offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorise XPROFIT OÜ to automatically charge the applicable fee (from €0.99/month) to your payment method each month until you cancel.

If a free trial is offered, billing starts automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that.

You can cancel at any time on your subscription settings page (linked in every forecast email and in your account). After cancellation the subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed.

Subscription prices may change; we will notify you in advance and changes apply from the next billing period.

⚠️5. Waiver of Right to Refund (§53(4) VÕS)

By ordering an analysis, you request immediate delivery of digital content, thereby confirming that:

analysis is created individually based on your date of birth
provided in digital form within 14 days
right of refund does not apply (according to §53(4) of Estonian Law of Obligations - VÕS)

Guarantee: If file/letter is not received — we will resend free of charge or fix the technical error.

©️6. Intellectual Property

All texts, algorithms, AI models, visual materials and service structure belong to XPROFIT OÜ.

User receives only personal right to view and store the digital report.

Prohibited:

copying,
distribution,
reselling,
publishing reports publicly.

🔒7. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy published on the site.

Main purposes:

fulfilling the order,
creating digital content,
communicating with user.

Technical partners (e.g., Stripe) receive access only to data necessary for payment.

⚖️8. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided "as is".

XPROFIT OÜ is not responsible for:

decisions made by user based on the report,
indirect or consequential damages,
user's interpretation of data,
inability to receive email due to email provider.

🤝9. Affiliate Program

User can join the affiliate program and receive commission from sales.

Detailed conditions are described in "Affiliate Program" section.

📝10. Changes to Terms

XPROFIT OÜ reserves the right to update the Terms of Service.

Always current version is published on the site.

⚖️11. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
