Our readings are created by combining classical numerology with a language model that turns the calculations into readable text. This is not fortune-telling, but an analytical system that reveals your strengths, life lessons, recurring patterns, and growth directions.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We give a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if a reading you bought is not for you, write to info@mynum.app within 14 days of receiving it and we refund the payment in full, no reason needed (one refund per person). If something went wrong technically (the email or file did not arrive), we fix it free of charge. Details are in the Refund policy.
Are there discounts or bonuses?
Yes. You can participate in our referral program. Get your personal link and earn on every paid reading purchased through your recommendation. Join via the "Referral Program" section.
How quickly will I receive my reading?
Readings are generated automatically and sent to your email within 5-30 minutes after payment. All orders are always available in your account under "My Orders", even if the email is lost.
What's included in a full personality reading?

Can I order a reading for a child?

Do you provide guarantees?
Yes: we guarantee delivery of every reading and give a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee — if the reading is not for you, we refund it in full. The text itself is an interpretation of numerical models and does not promise particular events in your life.
How do I pay and receive my reading?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed by Stripe) or by bank link from Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian banks (processed by EveryPay). After successful payment, the reading is automatically sent to your email and saved in the "My Orders" section.
Is my data secure?
We use a secure connection (HTTPS). Some data is processed by our technical partners (e.g., payment providers Stripe and EveryPay) exclusively for order fulfillment.
