How we collect and check reviews
- A review can only be left through a personal link on the page of your own reading or in the email about it — so we know the author really received a reading.
- The 1–5 star rating is given under the full text of the reading. The average is calculated from all customer ratings — high and low alike.
- A text is published only if its author allowed it and gave a name. We never show surnames.
- Every review is read by a person before publication. We reject only insults, other people's personal data, spam and texts that are not reviews. Critical reviews are published like any other.
- We do not pay for reviews or give discounts for them.
- You can change or withdraw your review at any time — write to info@mynum.app.
